By checking out a set from the Neighborhood Tool Library, I agree that I am solely responsible for the set and every item in it while in my possession; that I will return the set complete and in the condition I received it, less reasonable wear; and that I authorize the library to charge my card on file for the actual rental days used, and for any damage, loss, or late-return fees assessed at the library's discretion.
